Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and personable concierge to join our team and ensure our residents/tenants feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed.

Role and Responsibility

  • Greeting residents and guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assisting residents with inquiries, requests, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinating deliveries and handling packages for residents.
  • Maintaining security by monitoring access and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Keeping records of interactions and transactions for reference and reporting purposes.
